Our design studio provides various design services and sells unique design products. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the website and our services.

2.1. Design Services
When you engage us for design services (e.g., branding, web design, graphic design), we’ll provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. Work will commence upon agreement to the proposal and receipt of any agreed-upon upfront payment.
2.2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, necessary content (text, images, etc.), and approvals to ensure projects stay on schedule. Delays caused by the client may impact project timelines.
2.3. Revisions
Our proposals will specify the number of revisions included for each stage of the design process. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur extra charges.
2.4. Project Completion
Upon completion of a design project and receipt of final payment, ownership of the final approved design files (as specified in the proposal) will be transferred to the client. We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.
3. Products
3.1. Product Descriptions
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
3.2. Pricing and Payment
All prices for products are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. Payment for products must be made in full at the time of purchase through the payment methods provided on our website.
3.3. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
